When asked “Is this bhAgavatha apachAram cruel only when done by those who are inferior by birth or knowledge towards those who are superior in such aspects? Or is it the same in the case of those who are superior committing such offence towards inferior ones?” piLLai lOkAchAryar responds.

There is no restriction based on the qualification of the individual, for this bhAgavatha apachAram.
